The bright side of life

I am so lucky to be so fit and well.

So far I have escaped the reach of COVID-19.

Yesterday I was advised to self isolate and change all my plans instantly.

Normally this would annoy me but in this case I don’t mind at all.

It’s inconvenient but not the end of the world.

I’m always available online for work, I just have to switch my running training to back indoors again for 14 days.

Keeping myself and my family safe is always my top priority.

If I do that then everything else will sort itself out eventually.

It’s no ones fault and, as it happens, no one minds.

Life right now is all about being adaptable and I’m pleased that no one is upset with my sudden change of plans.

Being human also means being kind and, as I have found out, there are a lot of kind people in this world.

I’m really lucky.
