As all my plans changed rapidly this week, it’s given me a great chance to sit back and refine my lifestyle.
I’ve always been a fan of HIIT but have seldom practiced it as a routine as running and yoga sessions have always taken up the bulk of my training time.
Change for good
Now I’m in a situation where staying indoors is essential, it’s a great chance for me to:
A) Actually read this book.
B) Put it into practice.
My goal this week now is to get my mindset ready for what I need to do.
I’ve got an elliptical trainer, weights, yoga mat, stairs and plenty of floor space.
What more do I need?
Especially if I do something out on the patio and then just wander around aimlessly indoors like I usually do!
