I no longer wear my Garmin all the time.

I developed a strange aching sensation in my left forearm making me feel odd and I just had a feeling that wearing a watch with an optical HR wrist sensor 24 hours a day wasn’t healthy.

I first noticed an issue when I went to do a press up and I felt out of balance.

My left arm didn’t feel as strong as my right, there was a dull ache that I couldn’t fathom out.

I took my watch off about a month ago and everything seems back to normal.

Having a complete record of my heart rate whilst I’m sleeping is fascinating but ultimately I prefer to have strong arms that work the way I want.

It was a good experiment but now I just wear my Garmin when I’m training, I no longer feel the need to be connected 24/7.

Where does all that data actually go?
